The problem is that I have focused completely on this task and I have kept on reading the diet tips. After some time I have realized that I have been reading those diet tips all day. This is a little bit strange don^t you think? It is good to focus on something and sacrifice your time for it but it is also important to watch the time you spend on it. You might be surprised by the fact that you have lost too much time, otherwise. I am sure that you know what I mean and that you have experienced it as well.
