Bullion bars in a box
I think the work of archeologists is very interesting. I just cannot be boring. They travel a lot to many different and interesting places all over the world looking form the traces of the past. I think they have great contribution to the improvement of our knowledge of history. I can see that because I have a friend whose father is an archeologist and this is exactly what he is doing - traveling a lot, visiting places, seeing a lot. Last summer they were working in some African country, but I do not remember where exactly. That was a long day, because they were digging and digging in the sun and they could not find anything. However, suddenly they heard a hollow sound made by the spade. They started to dig intensively and they found something like a huge box. It took them some time to take it out but when they finally managed, they opened the box and they saw many gold bullion inside. They were very surprised and they took this box with the bullion bars on the ship and sailed back to their laboratory to analyze them. They wanted to know where these bullion bars came from, because it was a strange thing to find them there. So dont you think this makes this job so interesting? So many unexpected things can happen.
